CAREERS
What it’s like to work with us
Speed, smarts and solutions are what sum us up and there are two sides to each of these. For clients, this means we can accelerate their progress through fast decision-making and advice, collaborative problem-solving, and treating challenges as part of the journey. For our team it means being part of a culture that enables fast progression, is based on smart thinkers rather than hierarchy, and delivers great satisfaction as we tackle every project afresh and focus on unique outputs for clients.
We achieve this through a unique blend of experience and diverse thinking, always pushing each other to go beyond. We welcome everyone who is passionate about sustainability, regardless of background, and promote equality in everything we think and do.
Our office is in the heart of London – in Somerset House – which means we’re part of a vibrant cultural centre buzzing with start-ups, events and the best fountains and skating rink in town. We operate a hybrid model that allows each of us to blend work with home life in the most appropriate way.

Diversity is important to us
We believe that diversity in all its forms makes organisations more successful, more innovative, and more interesting. We address the biggest challenges in the world, and we need a team that brings different ways of thinking – as well as feels comfortable being themselves at work – to do that well.
